Dear ESAFians,

From a humble beginning in 1992, we have now evolved into a financial service major with more than 300 plus branches, pan India. The evolution we have witnessed in the last 26 years is truly stupendous, as we have crossed milestones one after another at different eras, benefitting the community at the bottom of the pyramid in more ways than one.  What makes us different from others is our values built on servant leadership. Functioning as a last mile connectivity arm of ESAF Small Finance Bank, ESAF Co-operative successfully thrives on relationship building and customer friendly strategies with servant leadership as the underlying strength behind our success.

We believe that customer is the central focus of our business and the fulfilment of their needs is our ultimate goal. At present, ESAF Cooperative has a Human Resources pool of more than four thousand, who have clinical expertise in last mile delivery of products and services. Using its wide geographic reach, the Organization helps the bank in venturing out to unbanked rural areas with ease.

ESAF Co-operative is actively engaged in dedicated Member Services functions, like skill training and financial literacy programs for rural masses, especially women. Being an Agri Co-operative, we give special focus to Agriculture and allied activities, community farming, organic processing etc. The Co-operative Facility Management Service (CFMS) is another initiative of ESAF Co-operative that brings forth large scale employment opportunities in the fields of housekeeping and security services.

The visit of Noble Laureate Prof Muhammad Yunus, to ESAF, was another notable achievement which attracted national media attention. Also, in 2018, the undersigned was unanimously elected as the President of Association of Multistate Cooperative Societies in Kerala (AMCOS), which is the only registered Association for Multistate Co-operative Societies in the State. We are also a member of the National Cooperative Union of India and are associating with its activities to promote the awareness of sectoral constituents.

The credit of the progress that the Organization has witnessed should be attributed to introduction of cutting edge technological solutions combined with emphasis on customer service and people-oriented goals. At the management level, we always strive for continuous dialogue with the customers. We want to be a role model in the field of co-operatives in India, by treading on the path of technological innovation and customer-convenience.
